- Must be 23 years old
- Must have at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience
- Must NOT have more than 2 chargeable accidents in the past 3 years
- Must NOT have more than two moving violations in the past 3 years
- Must NOT have a DWI/DUI in the past 7 years
