Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to multiple stops daily, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to handle various types of trucks, including tractor-trailer units, often in tight spaces.
Duties
  • Operate trucks to deliver goods, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
  • Communicate with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays encountered on the road.
  • Communicate with customers and ensure excellent service, handling any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required.
  • Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with reefer units.
  • Ability to unload cargo safely and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL

  • Hazmat Endorsement

  • Minimum 1 year Class A CDL experience within the last 3 years

  • At least 23 years of age

  • No more than 2 moving violations past 3 years

  • No more than 2 chargeable accidents past 3 years

  • No DUI/DWI or Reckless Driving violations in the last 7 years

  • Ability to pass all DOT requirements
