Position Summary:
Platinum Drivers is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class A Yard Jockey Driver to safely and efficiently move trailers within our yard. This position plays a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Move trailers to and from docks and parking areas safely and efficiently.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on jockey trucks and trailers.
Communicate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure timely trailer movement.
Maintain clean and organized yard operations.
Accurately document trailer locations and movements.
Adhere to all company and DOT safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must pass a DOT drug screen.
1+ years of yard jockey or CDL driving experience preferred.
Ability to operate yard tractor, trailers, and related equipment.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
